Louis Vuitton Sues Britney Spears!!

 Seems like Britney Spears can't stay out of trouble!!! Just recently Louis Vuitton filed a suit against the wreck of a singer Britney Spears for using heir logo without their permission!! Apparently her music video "do Something" the Hummer Britney was driving in the clip features "Cherry Blossoms" a pink design that resembles the Vuitton trademark look on the dashboard of the Hummer!! A French court found in favor of the designer, and ordered Sony BMG and MTV Online to cease any broadcasting or showing of the music video. Both parties were also fined €80,000! Fortunately for Britney, she wasn't fined in the case. |
