Yet once again Christina Aguilera and her shopping buddy husband Jordan Bratman were doing what else but shopping!!! I guess its a daily routine they have!!! As they were seen on Tues. Oct. 30th at NoMi boutique for babies in Los Angeles!

As they checked out some cribs, books & toys, and even taking pictures of items that they liked!

Although Christina yet has to talk about her baby on the way, a source close to the couple has told InTouch that the baby is a BOY!! and the couple already have plans in naming the baby boy after Bratman's father! The insider says, "Christina, rubs her baby bump and talks to the baby, calling it Jory!"

Liz Hurley Takes Hugh Grant On Family Vacation with NEW Husband!!

Elizabeth Hurley was spotted vacationing off the coast of East Africa at the Seychelles island with her 5 year old son Damina, her new husband, Arun Nayar, and yes ex hubby Hugh Grant!!

The 42 year old hottie Elizabeth Hurley looking as hot and fabulous as ever in her skimpy bikini...as you could see in the pictures, is apparently fallowing the "trend" of Bruce Willlis and Demi Moore, as x hubby Hugh Grant tagged along with them on their family getaway! Lindsay Lohan Goes for Treatment at Cedars Sinai Medical Center!

Lindsay Lohan, spotted last night Sunday, Oct. 28th, leaving the mental health unit of Cedars Sinai Medical Center! I guess shes trying to make some changes for the good perhaps as she continues with her treatment!
Although there was no confirmation as to the reason for the trip to hospital...recent reports tell that Lindsay is part of new controversial anti addiction treatment!

An insider told Star magazine that Lindsay Lohan will be treated by Matthew Torrington, M.D., who is the medical director of the PROMETA Center, which specializes in treating alcohol, cocaine and methamphetamine addictions.

Dr. Torrington told Star Magazine, "In my clinical experience, I have found the treatment to be very, very effective and an incredible aid to people who are suffering." Although Dr. Torrington could not confirm that Lindsay is his patient due to confidentiality restrictions.
However the lack of clinical studies has some professionals in the medical world worried about the effectiveness of Dr. Torrington’s methods.

David Kan, M.D., a substance abuse expert at the VA Medical center in San Francisco, told Star Magazine, "...at this time there is no peer reviewed research that has been done on the treatment...there is also no evidence to suggst it is productive!"

Nicole Richie Smoking While Pregnant ?!

According to a recent NY Post story, witnesses saw Nicole lighting up on two separate occasions during a trip to New York City.

The post says,"Mommy to be Nicole Richie. 3:30pm pony tail, black jeans, waistcoat. Exits DaSilvano with one young girl, one middle-age lady. On the sidewalk, after checking who’s at which outdoor tables, she lights up. They jump into a waiting black Caddy Escalade, Nicole into the front seat. Still smoking. Three days later, 7:30 p.m., Nobu. For somebody who doesn’t eat, she sure frequents lots of restaurants. She’s there with the baby in the bun’s father. They leave. Outside she lights up again."

The pictures are of Nicole and boyfriend Joel yesterday Sunday Oct. 28th, as they were spotted out eating at Fabracini's restaurant. Fortunately the good news was that she was NOT smoking cigarettes! so hopefully she's fighting that nicotine craving!

Here is the HOTT German supermodel Heidi Klum on Friday Oct.26th at the Grove in Los Angeles, as she spent the afternoon promoting her new cosmetic line at a Victoria's Secret store.

Heidi Klum said that her 3 year old daughter Leni is the one with the real fashion sense! Heidi told press, "She (her daughter Leni) loves makeup. I get my inspiration from her makeup kit, more than the other way around! She has glitter makeup and it looks great!" she continued laughingly..."She doesn't wear it like a woman, but she ill do the mouse look with a little black nose and whiskers!"

Heidi also added " I think it is important to not completely let yourself go because when your a mom, you can go quickly into the sweatpants department. You should o back to your clothes from before. Having a child should not hold you back from bein the way you want to be!"

Britney Spears goes to Court for Ruling

Here is Britney Spears yesterday Friday, Oct. 26th, making an attempt to regain custody of her 2 sons for the 10th time I already! as she waited in the car for the ruling.
She showed up to court with Kevin Federline...as the hearing was put on hold after 3 hours in a closed hearing!

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline's attorney told press that Superior Court commissioner Scott Grdon is expected to issue a ruling by Tuesday the latest after hearing all of the testimony from the Friday session.

Britney's attorney Sorrell Trope, said "something has changed, but I cant not say what!" He also told press that his client (Britney) is happy, declining to say anything further!

During the time of the hearing, Britney Spears was able to visit her 2 sons...but ONLY in the presence of a court appointed monitor.

Britney Spears might Loose Visitation with her sons again!

Over the weekend Britney Spears somehow regained visitation rights with her two boys, due to her cooperation with her parenting coach. However people don't get to excited because on Monday morning her parenting coach filed a "damaging report" to the judge! So yet once again she might loose visitation rights with her 2 boys!

Us Weekly reports:

"The paperwork, filed under seal to LA Superior Court, claims that "Britney Spears, 25 paid her (monitor) no attention or respect at all! as if she were some employee whom she could blow off!"
"Britney is often distracted and in her own world when she has the kids (Sean Preston 2 and Jayden James 1 and has a hard time focusing! she is adamant that she does not have to listen to anybody that it is her way or the highway!"

The parenting coach has requested that any further visitation with the kids must be at her office.

Britney Spears new Blackout album boycutted!

Old friends and former employees of Britney Spears have created a MySpace page urging fans to not buy Britney's new album Blackout until she gets better. The site is called "Be Proactive to Help" was organized by several of Britney’s friends along with a former bodyguard, backup dancer and makeup artist. E! Online reports

"We have all hung out with Britney a lot, we've seen her at her best and at her worst. And we are not doing this to be mean. We are doing this out of concern, for herself and for her boys. They need a mother figure and right now, they do not have that." The organization is also urging the fans to contact Britney Spears' label, Jive Records, management company and also TV networks like MTV to voice their concern!
"Let them know you will buy her album, but not until she is clean and sober and realizes the amazing life she has created for herself. Let them know you will be around to buy her music and her merchandise when she sets a better example of how to be a performer."

Marie Osmond Collapses at Dancing with the Stars

Last night on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" after Marie Osmond's performance with partner Jonathan Roberts, Marie Osmond collapsed after prompting the network to cut to commercial! This happened right after she got the judges' feedback.

Tom Bergeron, the host of "Dancing With The Stars" said that Marie was well when the show got back on air after the commercial...he said "the first words out of her mouth when she saw us all standing over her were, (OH CRAP!)."

Later on in show Marie Osmond said, "Once in a while that happens to me when I get winded, I stop breathing!"

At the everything was just fine Marie and her dancing partner Jonathan received 7 out of 10 from all 3judges!

According to reports, Eva Longoria is going the traditional way adopting her new hubby's last name...so this means she will be Eva Longoria PARKER! I guess Demi Moore started a new trend taking her husband Ashton Kutcher's last name!!

She told press, "I actually completely adopted the new name and I love it.. I'm a Parker now! I love every bit of it...I like the tradition of changing the name. I've been getting used to being called Mrs. Parker for a while now it's really nice to hear. Especially in Texas, everyone is really respectful there."

Kim Kardashian from the new show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" was seen last night celebrating her 27th birthday at Les Deux in Los Angeles! She yet once again looked amazing in her knee length 2 tone flesh and gold color dress as she partied and danced all night with family and friends!

Although reportedly Kim does not think or consider herself as a Hollywood party girl! She told US Weekly, "I am really excited because I feel like there are so many misconceptions of what us Hollywood girls are really like. We are so different from what people would think and I thin everyone is going to be shocked. Everyone things that I am this wild party girl and that I get drunk and dance on tables, but I don't even drink alcohol. We (she and sisters Khloe and Kourtney) own businesses and we work every single day and we have 10 kids in the family and we did not grow up with nannies."

Britny's just making things worst look wise!! It really looks like its inflated with air! I say its not going to replace the hair on her head..nor those nappy extensions she has in her hair!! she should really get a manicure!! I think in every picture this past 2weeks I've seen her with the same cheeped off nail color...it looks gross!! You would think these celebrities have all that money...the least they could do is get a job well done...when they decide to inflate their lips with poison or the least they could do is get a manicure!

A bit of an update on Britney's hit and run back in August...when everything was caught on tape and Britney was charged and booked on 2 misdemeanors and driving with out a valid California license!

According to Us Weekly Britney Spears is close to settling with the victim over her hit and run case.

Apparently money talks because Britney plans on paying the victim for all damages! In this case the misdemeanor could be reduced to a citation only!

Britney Spears not Allowed to Visit her Boys!

Britney Spears ha lost all visitation rights wither her two boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston!

Due to her obviously not fallowing any of the court rules that the judge set out for her!

Kevin Federline's Layer, Mark Vincent Kplan spoke to Los Angeles County Commissioner Scott Gordon into ruling on Wednesday sayin : "petitioner's (Britney Spears) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending petitioner's (Britney Spears) compliance with the court orders!"
Britney won't be allowed to visit her two boys until her next court date which is set out to be on Oct. 26th!

In the latest issue of InTouch Magazine, claiming "when someone is smiling, certainly when they are smiling genuinely, you would expect a slight crinkle around the eyes, which I don't see," told Access, Dr. Jennifer Levine, who's a facial plastic surgeon. "So I would have to expect that she has had some botox to that area."

Ashlee Simpson's rep denies everything! saying,

"Ashlee has never had botox in her life! She credits her eyebrows to her makeup artist who is a whiz with the tweezer."

Paris Hilton's Rwanda trip a Reality Show?!

Paris Hilton as Mother Teresa, a humanitarian? Apparently Pairs' trip to Rwanda in November is going to be more like a reality show!

As OK Magazine reported

"Paris Hilton is set to journey to Rwanda on a charity mission with the Playing for Good organization, and as it is always the case, cameras will be following her. Paris' five day trek to the African country, where she will visit clinics and schools, will be filmed with the hopes of selling it as a reality show titled The Philanthropist."

Since Paris Hilton made a mistake in promising to do good after getting out of jail, she is now stuck with keeping that promise by pretending to care about the world and its problems...because before that I don't even think she knew where Rwanda was!!

Paris said, "I love having everything documented. It shows people what everyday life is like for me, how hard I work. There are a lot of misconceptions about me."

According People, Paris Hilton said

"I'll be going in November, after I get back from filming my movie. There's so much need in that area, and I feel like if I go, it will bring more attention to what people can do to help. Wow, could you guys believe this? bringing "attention"! shes sure good at that! I mean, It must be a lot of work, bringing attention to one of the poorest countries in this world for Paris! Like you have to know which brand outfit to wear...what jewelry to match with, your best shoes, pick your best hair extensions, apply the pink lip gloss! and just forget about the actual issues the country is having...like the making donations, talking to the kids, spending actual time with them, understanding the real issues...apparently will just be a waste of time for her!

Tables were sure turned on Mon. Oct. 15th...Lindsay Lohan spotted taking pictures of the paparazzi as she and a friend walked out of Termezzo Restaurant in Beverly Hills! Thats a change!

Lindsay returned to Los Angeles last week...in order to begin filming her new upcoming movie "Dare To Love Me," which is the story of tango legend Carlos Gardel. However Lindsay plans on returning back to Utah after the filming is done, which is about 2monts!

According to the press Lindsay Lohan said, "I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions."

...I think she just wants to spend some time with her boyfriend Ryan Giles!
And I only say that because apparently the "rehab" (more like a beautiful luxurious resort!) 3 times...has not helped her out much! Lindsay was spotted this weekend in Utah DRINKING! and yes people and it sure wasn't a soda pop! thats right...it was BOOZE!!

Angelina Jolie New movie "The Changeling"

Angelina Jolie in Los Angeles on the set of "The Changeling," yesterday Oct. 15th, which is being directed by screen legend Clint Eastwood.
"The Changeling" also stars Riki Lindhome, Amy Ryan, Devon Gearhart, and Kelly Lynn Warrn.

IMDB reports that the movie is about "a mother's prayer for her kidnapped son to return home is answered, though it doesn't take log for her to suspect the boy who comes back is not hers!"

"The Changeling" is scheduled to be released in theaters November 7, 2008.

Britney Spears turns herself in for Hit and Run

According to breaking News around 9pm tonight Britney Spears turned herself into the Van Nuys Police Station for the hit and run she had back on Aug. 6th !
Britney back in Aug. Britney hit a vehicle in a parking lot on Ventura Blvd. in Studio City, then drove away!
Britney Spears was charged with two misdemeanor offenses...the first one was "hit and run" and the second was "driving without a valid California license." Both charges are a maximum sentence of $1000.00 in fines and six months or up to a year in jail!

"The incident was captured on videotape," said Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney's office.

Britney Spears was to be arraigned on Oct. 10th in the Van Nuys branch of Los Angeles Superior Court. Since the charges were misdemeanors she didn't have to attend court.

Britney Spears was officially booked tonight at the Van Nuys police station...fingerprinted and photographed! Apparently she is due back in court on October 26th for this hit and run!

Lindsay Lohan Broke

Apparently the 21 year old Lindsay Lohan is broke! Situations so bad that she can't even afford her own place to live! At the moment Lindsay is staying at the guest house of Tom Gores, executive producer and billionaire of her recent film "I Know Who Killed Me." Lohan has been staying at Tom Gores guest home now since she got back to LA from rehab.

I'll say with all that spending she does on coke and alcohol! and how about that resort of a rehab!?!

News of the World reports on Lohans spending:
ONE MILLION dollars on just one (1) hotel bill. Her addiction that lend her to rehab costs $137,000. Plus thousands of dollars in just legal fees that she need to pay for multiple driving and drinking violations!

Here is Eva Longoria recently seen at LAX on Sat. Oct. 13th...

According to the Sun newspaper,Marc Cherry, the creator of Desperate Housewives, will not and can not change Eva Longoria's role or the story line...forcing Eva and her basketball player hubby to have to wait one or two more seasons before they could start working on a baby.

"Marc's not kidding, because he maps the year out and really knows the story line. When Marcia (Cross who plays Bree) became pregnant it was unexpected, and it was hard for him to write around," Longoria said.
Eva also added, "Tony and I are excited about starting a family, but because Marc has forbidden me to get pregnant this year, we're gonna spend time as a married couple and build a solid foundation together before we bring our child into the world."

Lindsay Lohan finally out of rehab!...and ready to party again? Apparently she has a new boy toy! According to reports Lindsay Lohan is spending quite some time with the new man...25 year old Riley Giles, a snowboarder from California!

Lindsay confirmed this new relationship on a recent interview with In Touch Weekly, saying “Yes, I am seeing someone. His name is Riley, I am really happy and taking it day by day.” ... “Going out all the time was very self-destructive. Britney Spears Visitation rights with her Boys

Britney Spears shopping yet once again! Britney, her dog London and her new blond friend seen with her which might possibly just be her new assistant went shopping earlier today Oct. 10, at L'Occitane in Malibu for some beauty products. Later she made a stop across the street at another shop...purchasing perfume!

Britney Spears then made a stop at the Beverly Hills medical center...where she possibly took a drug test ordered by the judge for her to prove shes sober and regain custody of her two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Reports say that Britney Spears is due in court tomorrow morning at 8:30am "to see the judge for her visitation rights to overnight visits with her two boys."

After a hard day of shopping and a possible drug test...Britney, her dog London and her friend (possible NEW assistant)stopped at a Mexican restaurant in Hollywood.

Britney Spears Visits her Boys

Britney Spears losing custody over a week ago, was finally reunited with her boys Sean Preston, 2 & James, 1, at her Malibu home on Monday Oct. 8. Britney was supervised by a court ordered parenting coach while the two boys visited. Britney cried as she said goodbye to her boys.
One of Kevin Federline's bodyguards then took the two boys back to San Fernando Valley to Federline's home.
Pictures are from a stop Britney Spears made at near by AT&T store right after her visit with her sons.

Britney Spears hooked up with some guy in Hawaii and they perhaps there was a video tape made. The SUN reports.

The man in question says he met the singer on holiday in June and taped their alleged night of lust in Britney's hotel room.
However, according to the unnamed man, the romp was a bit of a damp squib.

He reportedly told a US magazine: "It was just normal sex, we didn't do anything crazy. It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out."
