     Surprise-surprise...Britney Spears, as usual showing up 15 minutes late, to Kevin Federline's lawyers office, Mark Vincent Kaplan, earlier today, Monday Jan. 21, 2008 for her deposition in her custody battle over sons Jayden James and Sean Preston!!!! HEY AT LEAST SHE SHOWED UP!!! People magazine reports, "Federline's attorney will use evidence gathered in depositions to try to convince a court that his client should retain primary physical custody of the ex couple's children. A custody trial is set for April." |
